THE AMERICAN CONSTITUTION AND ROE VS WADE

 This week the world is in uproar and everyone is talking about one thing... ROE VS WADE. 

A court decision made 49 years ago that made ABORTION legal in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

 And everyone is up in arms because abortion we are told... is a constitutional law and who the hell is anyone to tell me what I can do with my own body... what is the right way to think about this issue which affects men and women equally... ??? 

why is it important to men at all and why do men in a court room decide what I do with my own body?? So many issues to unpack... 

in this blog I will just speak my truth as a father...as a man... and as a legal mind. Its my truth so you dont have to agree with me ... but this is what I believe... 

 The court decision ROE VS WADE was CORRECT. Because it recognises the preservation of life as the highest option on the table. 

 Abortion is NOT a constitutional right at all- and bodily autonomy affects YOUR body- not one you are carrying. Thats thecsecond life that has no voice. Abortion is legal murder. And that is unconstitutional according to the founding framers. 

Yes..you do have a say in it.But we all do. Its a collective decision because children are a collective responsibility. 

 So what is the highest ethic??? ... its LIFE... and when the framers of the Constitution of America and the "Fathers" of THE constitituion( Jeffereson and Madison ) thought...designed..drafted  and wrote this document of governance they looked at a lot of thinkers and philosophers before them. It wasnt an easy document to write. Thats why you have amendments passed by law at judiciary level. 

They first held a convocation in 1787- 10 years after the declaration of independence... they invited scholars to participate , do due dilegence and they did in fact open up the drafting of the constitution to every American. It may have been male dominated but in fact there was a lot of female voices speaking too. 

In fact more than 26 Christian scholars were involved in the draft... 

and the great writer of the book "SPIRIT OF THE LAW"...Baron Montesquieu wrote there are 3 branches of governance... These were the precursors of the French and American revolutions. It was a shift in thought that impacted a monarchic world. 

Government had to be separated.   

 The Executive .. the Legislative ...and the JUDICIARY. This design is so that one power does not suppress the other and power itself is balanced. Thats the system.in place today which keeps society in America at least  together. 

The American government is designed in this way... you have the presidency ... the congress and the senate... and the supreme court.Its a broken democracy but its worked until now. And until power is completely decentralised and America becomes part of all the worlds legislative bodies eg the ICC .. its how it is. 

So sometimes ... one of those 3 ... make a decision that the majority of the people dont like.

Democracy and freedom go hand in hand.. but when it becomes a dictatorship as qe saw with the vaccine mandates.  not so long ago.  It breaks down.You cant cherry pick.. at least not until decision making becomes a collective democracy with every voter choosing every major decision. Thats why we vote in legislators or law makers.   We entrust them.

 ROE regretted her win and became a pro life advocate later on I am told. It doesnt matter... LIFE... is governed and protected by the tenets of the American consitution..and what exactly are those? - human rights? NO. 

 It talks about NATURES GOD... the highest reason to survival.... What would natures God do in any given situation... would that god defend him or herself from attack? 

- would that god defend life.... and it demarcates this from all else. Thats why they carry guns. THIS IS ETHICS. Its taking responsibility for the collective. true leadership. 

That is what fathers need to be doing today instead of being denigrated and set aside by the nanny state... the creation and the nurturing of life .... and the pursuit of happiness applies to all human beings... we are sentient... not separate. ALL OF US. 

You and I are part of this ONE planet. ONE EARTH. We breayh the same oxygen. 

Thats why capitalism in todays world....cannot work in the long run. So this is about the highest reason towards.. LIFE. And as long as you have an American constitution... that is how it goes. 

This is the core issue. As a father I see that to be self evident. 

No man and no woman is an island. we are all interconnected on planet Earth. Sooner or later we all must become sovereign and empowered. And if you want to get rid of the supreme courts decision..  you must get rid of the American constitution. We need then to become one country. One world. One Earth. One America. 

Some people say that bodily autonomy applies with vaccines... and they do... then abortion should also apply..but this isnt the highest dictum of the law...

 LIFE is... 

If LIFE is threatened ... and the mother of a new life ... carries that life inside of her for 9 months...it doesnt belong to her...and when her life is threatend by the life inside of her..

 YES... she should defend herself and abort. Thats Natures God...and that is the American constitution. If you dont like it..leave. 

 When people say its in the constuition... they should read it ... abortion is not in the constitution at all... its a great document that kept a great nation together ...and will continue to do so if its tenets are maintained.

 It was one of the worlds first written constitutions and it has helped to formulate a nation.

 the pursuit of life is a constuitional right... and that doesnt mean ego. everything ..especially FREEDOM is won at a price... like life... not every life that comes into this world is able to be born... but that is dependant on YOU giving it the chance to BE!

 If not then you become a nihilist. abortion kills and has killed over 60 million fetuses in the USA since this decision was made 49 years ago... abortion is NOT a constitutional right... LIFE is.

 And questions of life are always resolved in this way.. 

What would Natures God do?

And this is why the decision of the court was correct. Now... if it was in Strasbourg... or Geneva it would be different because they would look at it from purely a humanist way... and does this decision affect the state more than the individual... 

does it cause harm to the state ( although not always ) - a court often defends breaches of human rights by saying it will be too dangerous for the state to overturn this issue... 

but in america... a judiciary has to be ..completely independent from all branches of governance..it has to stick to the words of the constituiton and defend it to the hilt. 

 Thats the oath they took..and thats the oath that every american takes when they go to fight in a war or do anything important for the nation state... some may say its anarchic... 

and its not in lockstep with the rest of the world...

 But its AMERICA. Thats who they are.

 1. AIDS or HIV comes from chimpazees which are the nearest in DNA to human beings.

Some say it came from the green macaque monkey and crossed species somehow... but the actual virus was isolated in the Chimp first and it resembles the current HIV m strain in humand the most. 

 So yes... IT WAS CHIMPS IN CENTRAL AND WEST AFRICA SOMEWHERE that did it... 

 2. COVID 19 came from BATS in a cave around 1000 km or more to WUHAN. That we are pretty sure of. The scientists...just like the royal society in Britain tried to protect their reputation and dispute mr Hoppers book " The River "... he didnt stand a chance amongst those den of wolves. But the truth is the truth..and we know now that the Wuhan lab through GAIN OF FUNCTION...upgraded this bat virus... and unleashed it onto the planet... killing aroun d 6 million people...

 AIDS was worse by the way.. it killed around 25 million. So what happened is that the virus was virtually dormant for 1000s of years until it got "SEXED" up in a lab... in 2019. And guess what... the medical and scientific establishment of all races tried to COVER IT UP... by saying it was BUSHMEAT... and that it crossed with a pangolin and a bat to jump onto humans... ( these were actual scientists of known repute that swore blind about this...) - but they were ALL wrong.How is this possible that these intelligent beings could get it so wrong ??? Its simple... PRIDE...

- as always..pride comes before the fall..anmd thats why this stain will never be washed away by empty promises -beads or cheap gifts... BECAUSE I saw THE real origin was the lab in MARCH of 2020 and got banned from facebook for saying it so. WHY??? becuase it was an INCONVENIENT TRUTH. 

 3. AIDS kills more than 50 % of those who contracts HIV. It became a pandemic in the mid 80s in Africa and the USA ... starting in UGANDA ... KENYA... RWANDA... AND THEN in the 90s... MALAWI..ZIMBABWE... ZAMBIA... and then down to SOUTH AFRICA... in the 2000s.. it migrated south rapidly over a 40 year period ... in the WEST it went first to HAITI then on to NEW YORK and SAN FRANCISCO... mostly through the homosexual population... but not exclusively. It happened all over and normally to people with cuts... low immune systems... and bad hygiene...

 eg miners. ( imagine digging in the ground all day long... with no protective equipment) 

 4.In Africa... and I have seen it with my own eyes... in MALAWI it killed hundreds of thousands of people..way more than covid. I have seen bush doctors try to cure 10 000 people with AIDS with mchape- a bark from a tree mixed with water... 

I have seen THABO MBEKI- the curse of south africa say ... " AIDS doesnt kill " and stop lifesaving drugs and hinder prevention programmes.. 

I have had very good friends .. die of AIDS... and they were HETERO SEXUAL MOST IF NOT ALL. SO... besides ignorance.. what happened? where did this deadly virus come from and why? or do you think it was like covid 19...it suddenly appeared because somebody ate a bat...lol..come on people... they have been spinning this story before... in the old days... you ate or fucked a monkey... in Africa... because you are a monkey...  5. We know it originated in Central Africa and migrated from there.BUT IT DOESNT JUST SUDDENLY BECOME A PANDEMIC UNTIL THE RIGHT CONDITIONS ARE THERE ... It was surmised by a team from Belgium - the university of Leuven and OXFORD that the virus appeared in 1920 in KINSHASSA. But .. it never spread far and wide... I wonder why? And IF this sample was 100% identical as the virus strain... we do not know... there is very little corrobation in any source materials. BUT... we DO know that DR. K... the polish doctor virologist who killed ( by enthuisiatic experimentation)-no safety protocols...children during his experiment in America- it was a mistake... went to africa in the 50s... to the congo... which was at that time..pretty well developed ..and under the colonist rule of that bastard of bastards.. King Leopold. and here dr .K became a god. he could do anything he bloody wanted with hundreds of thousands of lives... IT WAS LIKE THAT IN 1957 IN THE HEART OF DARKNESS... AND GOD ONLY KNOWS WHAT TOOK PLACE. Joseph Conrad inspired APOCALYPSE NOW..and theres a reason why... Remember...king Leo he was the guy who chopped off hands... he was not a very nice guy... but dr. K didnt care...he didnt give a shit... he couldnt experiment or use white american children anymore to find his polio vacccine and he was not just working on one virus... he was working on others too... and it was during the cold war- polio wasnt the only game in town..... he needed somewhere where the normal rules didnt apply... and he found it... THE CONGO. everyone did as they were told or had their hands chopped off. it was black and white... you obeyed or else. 

 6. In the meantime... DR SALK and DR SABINE won the race to find a cure for polio... or so they thought... there was two ways of administering these vaxxes..one was orally and the other by injection... Sabine used the oral method and that was what won out... but DR . K carried on experimineting on people ..and monkeys...and you guessed it... CHIMPANZEES and reported to some institute called WISTAR... in FACT througha lot of digging up.. we found out that DR. K and his buddies at CAMP LINDI which captured..tortured and used 600 live chimps for MEDICAL PURPOSES... relating it appeared to ... you guessed it... gain of function viral technology... he denies using chimps for polio... in fact when iniatially interviewed ... and on paper in black and white... HE LIES... he denies using chimps... denies using their tissues... and yet countless eye witnesses on record as well as archived film material from the era shows the xistence of this camp and its secretive nefarious activities in the jungle under questionable hygienic conditions...HE LIED. 

HE KEPT MAINTAINING THEY CAME FROM THE PHILLIPINES... which was utter nonsense.

 7.About the same time as the first cases of AIDS HIV started to surface... in the late 50s early 60s... DR. K through his minions on the ground start ordering everyone to get their FREE vaccine for polio... (which was a live culture by the way)- it had to be made up on the ground...... they had a lab in kinshassa (leopoldville)and in kisangani ( stanleyville)as they are called today... and they reported back to their american overseers in pittsburgh, So what happened between 1960 to 1980? 

20 whole years of mystery... what happened to AIDS... ? - if it was at first isoloated in KINSHASSA in 1920... then first cases started appearing in the 1970s - first in HAITI and then in 1981... 

in san francisco... how did it suddenly EXPLODE?

 8.In Africa things move through the roads and the rail. Diamonds were being discovered in the interior of the congo... and a million migrant workers were moving up and down... working ... getting paid... going out on the town..getting drunk... and then having unprotected sex... the same happened in MASAKA in uganda in the mid 80s and the truck drivers brought the virus with them further south... we KNOW one thing...  In 1994 there was a genocide in rwanda and a big diamond war in the congo... and all of this helped the virus to suddenly spread out of its borders ... into the mainsream... and like a wave... like a tsunami..it swept over the entire sub saharan africa... and the world... so what happened after DR. Medical tek may have improved... but there are safety protocols that should be adhered to... who were mostly hit the worst from HIV??? the poor ..and most of them were black or disadvantaged... coincidence??? 

 it is for this reason and the historic one that AFRICANS should remain vigilant to any bio tek company that wishes to use AFRICANS as guinea pigs. SAY NO TO MASS VACCINATION PROGRAMMES AND MEDICAL EXPERIMENTS.

 WAR is what America does best ! plus we all made a tidy profit on the stock market from those weapons companies that kissed our asses and lobbied us for years with their limitless expense accounts. 

 PRITI, First I wanna congratulate you guys on getting out of Europe and taking a hard line on refugees and people smugglers. Our view is to let them ALL in because we need the cheap labour in our farms and factories.And we just dont have enough babies being born here since Roe vs Wade.

"We, the people of South Africa this day, December 6th, 2013 on the passing of Nelson Mandela-Our first president declare to all the world :

1. 

*AFRICA SHALL BE FREE!-      *AFRICA SHALL BE UNITED!- *AFRICA SHALL BE ONE NATION UNDER GOD!"

We stand UNITED against ALL bigotry,slavery,oppression,

genocide,colonialism,

dictatorships,racism,inequality,

war,violence,injustice,xenophobia,prejudice,misery,famine,disease 

and discrimination between ALL peoples of the world and here in Africa. 

3.

We, the people look to our founding fathers and their words, and honour their struggle for independence,self determination and self empowerment. 

We SALUTE you! 

4. We hold TRUE that ALL human beings irrespective of colour or creed,clan,religion,culture,gender,

race or nationality should be PROTECTED by the LAW of the Land which is equal, fair and just to ALL!

a.We stand up for the blood of the martyrs of all Africans who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for their love of this great Motherland of Africa. 

b.We hear their voices from the ground ,and we remember them eternally!

c.From the North to the South,and from the West to the East.

Each river , each desert , each mountain , each plain, each rock.

a. We believe OUR Africa is BLESSED with Abundant resources and there is enough for everyone to SHARE!

b.Poverty and poverty MENTALITY  must be abolished!

 It must be made HISTORY!

We STAND TOGETHER against greed, self interest, witchcraft, nepotism, cartels and corruption.There is no place for it in this Age of Ubuntu. Of community-" Otherness".

a. We, the people call upon our authorities to make schools FREEE or affordable for all, hospitals FREE for all - public services  and roads free for all- and housing free for all,or affordable for everyone. 

b. No one needs to suffer from ignorance, waste or apathy  or die of poor medical care. 

c.No one needs to be homeless or orpaned. 

d.We also call upon reforms of our prisons. schools ,hospitals and other social- economic and political  institutions.  

e.The fundamentals of human life are NOT just a SOCIAL right for some , but a HUMAN right for ALL!

a. The Africa Unite "Rainbow Coalition" stands by the "Universal Declaration of Human Rights"- we believe that ALL should be responsible -and accountable for violations of these basic , universal rights. 

Conscience lives within us all and discerns right from wrong. 

b. May all Africans know and practise their rights for the sake of justice and liberty, peace and joy in this new country; this land we all call home:"AFRICA!" . 

c.We call for absolute freedom of movement for all Africans on the continent. No one should be impeded from travel. 

d.“ An insult to one,  is an injury to all!” 

e.Therefore, the NEW Africa will be one of compassion , empathy,love and solidarity. 

f. We recognise the rights of the first nations, and indigenous peoples of Africa and their pursuit of cultural integrity and self determination.

 a.We, the people declare that Africa is for Africans and that there is a place for ALL -irrespective of race, tribe or personal belief. 

b.We hold TRUE that our economy must be based on a MERITocracy; that all forms of apartheid must cease forewith immediately ! 

c. We call upon all those in the Diaspora to return to Africa, your home and build it into what it should be. Prosperous, just and fair and Interdependent.

a. We hold true that the elderly, the sick ,the weak, vulnerable ,the outcast,the refugee and the stranger should be afforded all the care, protection and help necessary to give them dignity, integrity and self respect which is the basis of human life.We are all human beings . 

We are ALL Africans. To be human is to be an African.

a. South Africa, our "Rainbow Nation" and Africa will protect and speak up for all minorities to promote PEACE and stability for Africa and be a beacon of light for all humanity.

HOW TO SAVE SOUTH AFRICA FROM XENOPHOBIA AND RACISM !!!

TODAY ONCE AGAIN.. LIKE ISRAEL. LIKE RUSSIA..  

SOUTH AFRICA IS A PARIAH STATE.WHAT SHOULD OUR BROTHER NELSON MANDELA  SAY IF HE WERE WITH US ?

 OR STEVE BIKO? or Chris Hani? -OR DESMOND TUTU? -or Lawrence VD Post ?- or Nadine Gordimer ? -OR EVEN JAN SMUTS ...  PIK or FW...and God forbid.. Cecil John Rhodes..  ?

 WHAT CAN WE DO TO" REWILD" SOUTH AFRICA AND CHANGE THAT PERCEPTION ? ..of racism-xenophobia and violence?

I am the co founder of the AUP , the Synergiehub in Switzerland, Solidarity Radio, Solar -E- cycle in Kenya, Earthoceans in Morocco and the Rewilding Project in Egypt.

We organised over 20 events in the last 6 months, and our concepts have the experience in Africa of over 36 years on the ground. Grassroots mass action. 

 Since age 6 I have travelled throughout Africa with my father. At 19 I travelled overland from Cape Town to London.

  Living, hunting and learning the ways of many indigenous first nations tribes across Africa. I am a white man but I regard myself as an African. So do the elders of many of the tribes I have visited. 

 I witnessed Angus Buchan praying for South Africa in Bloemfontein with a million men- I went there with my friend pastor Charles Badenhorst and his wife Gertrude ...  and it has always been my vision as a South African to make poverty history. 

Like Robert Sobukwe and others. 

( I met Madiba and others when they were alive -and this was his heart ) . 

In fact I prayed for South Africa in Kingsmead stadium in 1994 with Michael Cassidy ; and together with all South Africans and the Africa Enterprise we averted a bloody civil war with the Zulus. 

This was the TRUE miracle of SA!

This year happens to be the 50th anniversary of the Rainbow Family of Living Light in the USA and elsewhere. 

 SA was supposed to be " a shining light for the nations"... and the "rainbow nation" of many colors... an example of tolerance and forgiveness to the whole world. Even Africans FEAR coming to South Africa to invest -work or tour. It has become a paraiah state. All thanks to the corrupted ANC regime. 

Xenophobia and racism, violence and poverty must end!! - NOW.

 And for this we propose a New Earth Economy or Order - NEO - beginning with a MASS baptism in Zambia. We also have linked hands with Palrstinians and Israelis to create a Jordan River collective to plant roses for the victims of terrorism., ear and violence. Peace is possible if you me we want it. 

South Africa was the LIGHT on the hill!-In 1995. 30 years later it is NOT  like this. The light has disappeared. 

WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR COUNTRY ? 

We need an AFRICA CHARTER now...signed by everyone...old and young- rich and poor - black - and white. Everyone. 

Nobody but the brave- stubborn  few -eg the Chinese and some carpetbaggers want to invest in the country. Why?

Its regarded as "racist, nepotistic, violent, difficult to do business, dangerous, backwards and Xenophobic. "- and this all comes from the incumbent party the ANC who have betrayed the people who they were entrusted to govern.

 SHAME! 

Even the rest of Africa are looking at Rwanda, Senegal, Kenya, Nigeria, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Egypt  and Morocco as those "shining stars" today. 

What happened ? People are afraid to come to SA - even Africans inside the continent of all colors..black and white. 

What shall we do for South Africa today to change its fortunes ? 

My opinion... there needs to be a "RAINBOW COALITION" in 2024 to unseat the ruling regime and put in a JUST and FAIR government that abides by the rule of law and ensures South Africa is OPEN for business!

 FREE OF THE SHACKLES OF ITS APARTHEID PAST!

I started the AUP for this reason... but I am only a voice in the wilderness. 

Today I am in Jerusalem. Just like the song

 " Jerusalema" -PRAYING for our nation. For revival. 

The AUP is now a movement and we have a clear strategy to change the destructive direction of South Africa and others. 

To go counterclockwise. To think and act differently. 

Its called the" REWILDING PROJECT" -and it will start in LUSAKA.

 It will be open for anyone to come and join. 

We are bringing the Jordan river and the Anointing of the Holy Land  by container in a ship to Africa to BREAK the spell of witchcraft, corruption, xenophobia, racism  and curses over the people.

That keep it in poverty and even the so called "rich elite".. of poor minds...rich in matter but poor in life and spirituality. " let them sell tomatoes " - like in Animal Farm.. you cant tell the difference between the pigs and the men!

( the unofficial ANC view of poor South Africans- they just dont care about you. )

But now. Its time to CHANGE the direction of the medicine wheel. 

REWILD EVERYTHING. 

We must put an END to greed, waste,apathy ,  selfishness and ego for ego sake. 

 But much more than that we are developing a DIGITAL cash which will be distributed to all people on planet Earth to use. 

AHO!

We will distribute 20 trillion of them. 

 Its called Awoosha or ₩u coin!

 And Africa will be first to receive in November 2022 God willing. 

We can do better together. This is true Ubuntu. Justice means "just us"... each one needs to take responsibility. Be the change you wish to see. 

The Rewilding Project is about rewilding the Earth and ourselves at the same moment.

 Its linked to DECARBONISATION( carbon removal) through TOKENISATION GIVING jobs to millions across the continent in a NEW industry that will EMPOWER the poorest of the poor.
